Cancellation Policy

  • A resident can reserve a bed by paying a booking amount of Rs. 5,000/-.
  • In case of cancellation by the resident, the booking amount is non-refundable.

Refund Policy

  • The security deposit will be processed within 15 working days from the date of submission of hostel room keys and completion of all required exit formalities.
  • Any outstanding dues, damages, or pending electricity charges, if applicable, will be deducted from the security deposit before processing the refund.
