Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

  • The security deposit will be processed within 15 working days from the date of submission of hostel room keys and completion of all required exit formalities.
  • Any outstanding dues, damages, or pending electricity charges, if applicable, will be deducted from the security deposit before processing the refund.
